What/who would you be concerned about just before death?
What would you say about your life just before death? Regrets or rejoicing?
Jesus presented the Father (His love, grace, kindness, truth, power, might. Justice, plan…) to them/us; showed them the eternal life (relationship with Him as LORD and Saviour). Jesus led them into both believing and living what was right before God.
